A NEW development has launched this week in Ilchester.

This is a collection of two and three bedroom homes, which are available through shared ownership.

This scheme allows buyers to purchase a share of the property, between 25 and 75 per cent of the properties value.

And this also means deposits are as low as five per cent of the shared value, meaning the homes can be bought with as little as £4,500.

Buyers will then pay rent on the remainder of the share not owned.
