A MAN will face trial accused of using threatening behaviour towards a male during an incident at a hand car washing facility in Ashill.
Jack Cripps was also alleged to have been driving while banned.
Cripps, 30, of High Street, Wellington, pleaded not guilty that on December 18 last year at the Hand Car Wash in Wood Road, Ashill, with intent to cause Aurelijus Kilinskas harassment, alarm or distress, he used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour.
He also denied driving while disqualified and without insurance on the same date.
The case was adjourned until June 3 when Cripps must return to the court for a trial.
Until then he was released by the magistrates on unconditional bail.
